At MasterWorks, our partnerships, products, and promises are backed by our nearly two decades of expertise, which means you can order with confidence. Before any product in our extensive line of inventory is available for purchase, our experienced in-house technicians test the products against Hewlett-Packard’s (HP) standards.
In addition to the original manufacturer guarantee, we back every item we sell with a 12-month warranty. Extended 2-year warranties are also available for just $99.
Limited Warranty Guidelines from MasterWorks

MasterWorks (MWI) warrants to the customer that the products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for twelve (12) months from receipt by the customer.

MWI does not warrant that the operation of any product will be uninterrupted or error free.

The MWI limited warranty covers only those defects that arise as a result of normal use of the product and does not cover any other problems, including those that arise as a result of: (i) improper maintenance or modification; (ii) software, media, parts or supplies not provided or supported by the original equipment manufacturer; (iii) operation outside the product’s specifications; or (iv) unauthorized modification or misuse.

If MWI receives, during the applicable twelve (12) month warranty period, notice of a defect in any product, MWI shall make best efforts to either repair the product, replace the defective part, replace the product or issue a credit, at MWI’s option.

MWI shall have no obligation to replace or issue a credit until the customer returns the defective product to MWI and the product in question has been properly tested by MWI technicians.

Any replacement product may be either new or like-new, provided that it has functionality at least equal to that of the product being replaced.

Product replacements offered by MWI may contain remanufactured parts, components, or materials equivalent to new in performance.
